Especially interesting are the QFiles, which offer everything from health information to shareware. Sexual Orientation: Science, Education, and Policy This site features work by Dr. Gregory Herek a noted authority on sexual prejudice (or homophobia), hate crimes, and AIDS stigma and his Northern California Community Research Group at the University of California, Davis. It provides factual information about sexual orientation and HIV/AIDS to promote the use of scientific knowledge for education and enlightened public policy.
Transgender Tapestry Magazine Transgender Tapestry is a publication by, for, and about all things trans, including crossdressing, transsexualism, intersexuality, FTM, MTF, butch, femme, drag kings and drag queens, androgyny, female and male impersonation, and more.
Visibilities: The On-Line Lesbian Magazine Visibilities, The On-Line Lesbian Magazine, had its origin in 1986, when planning began for the print version of the magazine. That version was published from 1987-1991 in the United States, with some limited international distribution. The advent of the Internet and related technologies has made it possible for Visibilities to be re-born--as a free publication with a new, international perspective. The original Visibilities began because, at the time, there was no quality publication for lesbians in the United States. We plan to make the on-line version equal in quality to the print version.
