IUP Rolls Past Seton Hill in Non-Conference Match

Brittany Gates had seven kills and six blocks to lead IUP to a 3-0 win over Seton Hill in a non-conference match Thursday night in Greensburg.  The Indians coasted by scores of 30-18, 30-13, 30-23.

IUP improved to 11-3 on the season.  Michelle Jones had six kills while Heather Bauer, Jill Bixler and Trisha Gerus each had four.  Bixler added five digs.

Alicia Koches dished out 34 assists and made five digs.  Krista Nordby led IUP with nine digs and Jackie Bishop had five. 

Amanda Dawson, Teila Nolder, Kelly Wolff and Kelly Murray each contributed three kills.

IUP returns to PSAC West play on Saturday when Slippery Rock visits Memorial Field House for a 7 p.m. match.
