Luci Plaxton Finishes
Sixth in 50 Freestyle at NCAA Division II National Meet

Luci Plaxton earned All-America honors in the 50
freestyle, taking sixth place in first day action at the NCAA Division
II swim meet in Indianapolis.
Plaxton posted a time of 23.90 to finish sixth in
the 50 freestyle at the national meet for the third straight year.
She will also compete in the 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke during the
four-day meet.
Plaxton is now a nine-time All-American during her
college career, including four times in the 50 freestyle, three in the
100 freestyle and twice in the 100 backstroke.
Three weeks ago, Plaxton won the Pennsylvania State
Athletic Conference championship in the 50 and 100 freestyle and the 100
backstroke for the second consecutive season.
On the men's side, freshman Pawel Glowiak will
compete in the 100 and 200 backstrokes.
