West Chester Blanks
IUP in PSAC Contest

Meghan Jakimer scored the only goal of the game, an unassisted tally 
with 24:31 left in the first half, to give host West Chester a 1-0
win over IUP in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference contest.

Sarah Daw made 16 saves for IUP, which dropped to 5-8-2 overall and
0-7-2 in the PSAC.  The Golden Rams, who are battling for a spot in
the PSAC playoffs, improved to 10-6-4 and 5-4-2 in conference play.

Heather Rinker started in goal for West Chester and was forced to
make only two saves.  The Golden Rams held a 12-2 advantage in shot
attempts.

IUP plays at Clarion on Tuesday before concluding its season at home
on Friday against Shippensburg.
