Rebyanski, who pitches for the Windy City ThunderBolts in the independent league, worked one inning for the North team and allowed a run on a solo homer and struck out one.

Rebyanski is enjoying an outstanding season for the ThunderBolts, pitching in 21 games in relief with a 2-0 record, one save and a 1.88 ERA.  In 24 innings, he has allowed 20 hits and only six runs, five earned, while walking 12 and striking out 33.

His team has a record of 34-12 and owns an 11-game lead in the Central Division.  This is Rebyanski's first season with the ThunderBolts after playing part of the summer of 2006 with the Gateway Grizzlies, striking out 36 batters in 27.1 innings.

Rebyanski played at IUP from 2002-05 and ranks fourth in school history with 163 strikeouts.  He won 12 games in his career, was the 2002 PSAC West Rookie of the Year and was honored as the IUP Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year after his senior season.
