Special Notes of Emphasis You may make changes to your schedule only during your assigned time;
however, you may perform other tasks, such as changing your address or printing your schedule, at any time. The Registrar's Office distributes to advisers a letter, meant to notify students of their assigned
registration times. Students must receive their letters from their advisers prior to registration.
Your permanent student identification number appears above your picture on your I-Card If it does not, please
contact the Registrar's Office in Clark Hall. Please be sure that it matches the user identification number on the letter you received from your adviser about registration. When you enter your user ID as
you register, please remember to enter the @ symbol before the number.
You also will be required to enter a personal identification number (PIN), in addition to your user identification
number. It will intially be set to your birthdate (a numeric monthday year format), and you will be required to change the PIN to a six-digit code that you must always remember.
The alternate PIN is a number printed on the letter you received from your adviser. It will change each
semester. You will need to use the Alternate PIN every time you access the registration system.
Please read the following instructions carefully.

are offered and when they are offered before you log on to the secure area to register. After you have reviewed the course offerings and their times, log on to the secure area to register.
2. When prompted to enter your user ID, enter the user ID number furnished on the front of the letter you received
from your adviser. Enter the @ symbol before you enter the number.

5. Click on the appropriate term.

- You may use the remaining items to narrow your search, although it is not required.

received from your adviser, then choose "submit PIN." You will be required to enter the Alternate PIN each time you enter the system to make registration changes. Keep the Alternate PIN throughout the
semester.
9. You will then see either that you are registered for a course, or you will receive an error message,
which will describe why you could not register for the course.
10. Repeat the process of searching for a class by selecting "Class Search" and then registering, until you
have completed your schedule. You may click on "Menu" in the upper right corner and then click on "Student Detail Schedule" to see your schedule with meeting times, locations, and instructors. You should
be able to print this for your records.
11. Select "Exit" to leave the system, then exit your web browser.
Helpful Hints Periodically, there are changes to the schedule. Classes are added,
cancelled, or are changed. Please check your detailed schedule several times before the beginning of the semester.
To obtain permission to register for courses that are designated "permission required," or for courses that have
prerequisites that you have not satisfied, or for courses that already have been closed, you must contact the chairperson of the department offering the course.
The only times you may register or adjust your schedule are during your registration periods listed at the top of the
letter your received from your adviser.
