New Faculty Orientation is a program designed to introduce faculty who are new to IUP to the university and community.

The orientation dates for new faculty hired at IUP for the fall semester will be August 20, 21 and 22, 2007.

• New Faculty Orientation continues with the Sustained Support Program, a series of monthly meetings for all new faculty, both temporary and tenure-track, on the areas in which they have demonstrated the most interest.  During New Faculty Orientation, all faculty will be surveyed to determine the content of the upcoming year's monthly program.  Meetings alternate between Wednesday and Thursday afternoons to accommodate teaching schedules.
