Provost at IUP:
You may have noticed that the new deadline for
receipt of the signed Concurrent Enrollment
Agreement for the Dual Enrollment Project has been
moved to February 15, 2007, which, in effect,
means February 8, 2007 to give me a chance to get
signatures on campus.
Now that Michele Norwood has moved to a different
position at IUP, I have been assigned as the contact
person to serve on your dual enrollment committee.
Please contact me or my administrative assistant,
Jean Serio ( jserio@iup.edu;
phone 724-357-2209) to set a time for me to attend
your Dual Enrollment Committee meeting. I
understand the committee must conduct a mid-year
review of the program and select courses for
2007-08. When possible, Catherine Dugan, Director
of the IUP Advising and Testing Center, will attend
as well.
I am generally available in December through the
22nd and on December 28 and 29. After IUP resumes
office operations on January 2, I am generally
available to visit your school, weather permitting,
of course.
Mary Partridge, Interim Assistant Registrar, will
continue to work with students in regard to
orientation, registration and other enrollment
matters. She may be reached at
