behavior, with particular emphasis on ther relation to learner, learning
process, and learning situation in an educational environment.

problems of adolescents.

Acquaints students with major methods and techniques of evaluation used to
assess and report growth, development, and academic achievement of learners in
elementary and secondary schools, including interpretation of standardized test
information. (Offered as EDSP 377 prior to 2001-02)
EDSP 481 Special Topics in Educational Psychology

Offered on an experimental or temporary basis to explore topics not included in
the established curriculum. A given topic may be offered under any special topic
identity no more than three times. Special topics numbered 481 are offered
primarily for upper-level undergraduate students.

Students with interest in independent study of a topic not offered in the
curriculum may propose a plan of study in conjunction with a faculty member.
