ARHI 408 Italian Renaissance Art

ARHI 409 Baroque and Rococo Art

A general survey of art from 1575 to 1775, will include architecture, sculpture, painting, and other arts. Dual listed for graduate credit as ARHI 509.

Explores phenomena of art north of the Alps from 1400 to 1600, especially as it appears in the Lowlands, as well as side explorations into art of France, Germany, Austria, and the court at Prague.
