Office of the Registrar

The Registrar’s Office oversees student records, class scheduling, and policies as they pertain to the student academic experience.

Students use URSA (University Records and Systems Assistant) to register for classes and manage their own personal data, and it is the job of the Registrar’s Office to protect that information and validate it for future employers or for other educational institutions.

Students use URSA to…

  • Schedule for classes
  • Manage personal data
  • Check grades
  • Apply for graduation

Faculty members use URSA to…

  • Share course syllabi
  • Post office hours
  • Enter grades
  • Find class and advisee listings

Students and alumni may order transcripts through the Registrar’s Office, which also sets the academic calendar and the class schedule and publishes the Undergraduate Catalog. The catalog specifies requirements students need to earn a degree and all the policies associated with academics.
