Lieutenant Colonel David Ward '73
(third from the right) was
mobilized in 2000 after being employed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for
seventeen years. Initially sent to ARPERSCOM for a special assignment
concerning labor cases, Ward then went to Camp Zama Japan. From there he
was mobilized in August, 2002, to be deployed at Camp Doha Kuwait. He has
served as OIC for the Arifjan Staff Judge Advocate Office, and is
presently Chief of Administrative Law at Camp Doha and the Military
Magistrate for the AOR. He is pictured here at Camp
Doha Kuwait. (3/03)
In May, 2003,
Lieutenant Colonel Ward wrote a retrospective on his service in Operation
Iraqi Freedom.
