Section 12.0 Reserved Parking Areas by Status

12.1
    A.  The posted areas will be reserved by group status Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

    B.  The non metered, non reserved spaces will be open to commuters and faculty and staff members Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

    C.  All spaces except those designated 24 hour reserve and those listed and posted in sections 3.11 and 3.12 will be open parking, (no permit required) Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 7:00 am, the following day and on weekends.

    D.  Resident and Long-term (Robertshaw) are permitted to park in the Stadium Lot Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00am.

12.2  All parking spaces except reserved spaces and handicap spaces shall be open during vacation and semester breaks in accordance with the published university calendar.

12.3  Visitors may pay for metered parking or may receive a temporary permit from the University Police.  Most temporary permits will be issued for the Robertshaw parking lots or may be issued for other locations at the discretion of the University Police.

Appendix II Towing Services

University  Police office will maintain the contracted tow list.  Contact University Police for vendor information.

IUP does not set towing rates and is not responsible for the towing cost.

Appendix III

Parking Lot Designations

The following locations will be reserved by groups Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m., unless an area is posted by signs indicating 24-hour lots or specifying special times for different groups.

All parking spaces except reserved spaces and disabled spaces shall be open parking during vacations and semester breaks.
