Phase I Provides space for 734 students. Start of construction: mid-May, 2006. Includes the demolition of Wahr Hall, Administrative Annex, and Greenhouse. Expected completion of construction: mid-August, 2007. The rendering above is the proposed finished product and shows the corner of Grant Street and Pratt Drive. Phase II Provides space for approximately 1,094  students. Expected start of construction: May, 2007. Includes the demolition of Langham, Turnbull, Stewart, Mack and Gordon Hall. Expected completion of construction mid-August, 2008. Phase III Planning is in progress. Phase IV Planning is in progress.
