The Maintenance Group performs daily tasks to assure the facilities, roads, landscape, and infrastructure continuously support the needs of the entire University community. 

The Maintenance Group is organized by a facilities management program, FAMIS. Information on how to use or submit a service request using FAMIS can be found here. To submit a service request online using FAMIS, click here.

There are 4 categories of service requests, use this guide to determine which category fits your situation.

While the maintenance department does maintain most of the facilities on campus, there are certain facilities which other departments help maintain. See the list of those services here.

Emergency requests should be phoned in to 357-2710. After 11:00 PM or on weekends, call Campus Police at 357-2141
