IT Support Center Fact Sheet

The IT Support Center provides technology support to students, faculty and support staff at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. 

These services were formerly provided by the Academic Help Desk, the Administrative Help Desk, the Instructional Design Center (IDC), and the Student Help Desk.

The IT Support Center can be contacted by one of the following methods:

Normal hours of operation:  Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Extended hours during finals week:

When classes are not in session and during the summer sessions, the hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.  The dates are:
