- Check-In Form - In order to comply with USCIS regulations
concerning immigration, each student must complete a check-in form each semester and/if each time you move. Please complete and return this form to Wallce Hall Anex within 10 days of arriving and/or moving and each time you move. Students receiving partial tuition waivers must have a current form on file to be eligible to receive the waiver. Download

F-1 Curricular Practical
Training - This is for students who will be
completing a paid internship or practicum. To be

F-1 Optional Practical

Reduced Course Load - Students in their last semester of coursework, those having difficulty in the middle of their first semester, and those with medical excuses can apply for a reduced course load. Social Security Work
Authorization Form - All new incoming
international students can only be issued a social
security number when they have been hired for a job.
Bring this form to your employment supervisor for a
signature and then to the OIA for a signature before
visiting the Social Security office. Download

Prospective Students
- Affidavit of Financial Support - It is necessary that IUP have adequate information regarding an international student's financial resources. The purpose of this Affidavit of Financial Support is to demonstrate that you, or your sponsor, are capable of full financial responsibility for your tuition, fees, books, housing, etc., during your undergraduate studies at IUP. This information will be kept confidential. Please convert all sums to U.S. dollars.
