Campus Towers 

IUP operates two apartment buildings, Campus Towers and University Towers, both located on the southeast corner of the campus, providing easy access to classroom buildings, Folger Food Court, and Pechan Health Center.  Over 260 residents live in the Towers Area during the academic year.

Typical Campus Towers Apartment Kitchen Registered upperclass and graduate students with a cumulative QPA greater than or equal to 2.25 are eligible to reside in these apartment units.  The fifth floor of Campus Towers is reserved for use by graduate students and nontraditional aged students.

All utilities, cable television, internet connections, telephone hook up and monthly service fees are included in the apartment fee.   

Each apartment is air conditioned and  includes a refrigerator, stove, sink, and cabinet space.  In addition, each unit has a kitchen table and chairs, living room couch and chair (except in the efficiency units), and a bed, desk, desk chairs,  and dresser for each resident.  Bedrooms and living rooms are carpeted, and there is linoleum in the kitchen areas.  Campus Towers is equipped with both tub and shower units.  Laundry rooms are located on the ground floor of Campus Towers and the first floor of University Towers.  Typical Campus Towers Bathroom
Typical living room in Campus Towers apartment Campus Towers offers one-bedroom apartments for two students.  The living room-kitchen area is separated from the bedroom and private bath. The average Campus Towers apartment has the following dimensions.

Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms; however, university-owned furniture cannot be removed from the apartment.  Pictures and posters can be hung using poster putty.  Nails, bolts, tacks, glue, or other adhesives cannot be used to affix materials to the walls.  Requests for painting must be approved in advance by the Residence Director.   Students may NOT return prior to the official opening each semester to paint their apartments.  Typical Bedroom in Campus Towers apartment
