The Philosophy Honors Track is open to Philosophy and Philosophy/Pre-Law majors with at least a 3.25 GPA in total university coursework and a 3.5 GPA in Philosophy courses.

Students complete:

• PHIL 480/H Honors Seminar in Philosophy
  
• PHIL 483 Honors Thesis in Philosophy
  
• HNRC 499 Honors Senior Synthesis, which fulfills the Liberal Studies Synthesis requirement

Any student satisfying the GPA requirement at the end of their third semester at IUP will be automatically advised of the requirements of the Honors track and invited to participate.
