Training Opportunities

In order to provide better service to those on the administrative network, User Services now offers two ways to take advantage of training opportunities:

  • Submit a request for a specific course.  If you are interested in attending one of the courses listed below, please submit a request using the Administrative Training Request form.  The User Services staff members will then work with you (and others interested in the same course) to schedule the training at a time that is convenient for everyone.

  • Submit a request for an already-scheduled course.  As courses are scheduled, they will be listed on the training schedule.  If you see a course that you'd like to attend, submit a request using the Administrative Training Request form to see if there are any open seats.  Be sure to select "Yes" in response to "Is there a future offering of this course on the Administrative Training schedule?"

Can't make it to training?  Then check out the reference guides used during the courses or try one of the online courses from Microsoft.

Most courses are held in the Robertshaw Computer Lab.
