Equipment Move Form -- If you have a PC or printer that you are
transferring to another office or sending to surplus,
please complete the Equipment Move Form. It is
important to notify the Administrative Help Desk of these changes so that we
can maintain accurate hardware, software, and networking information required
to support the network.
