If you have problems with your Outlook Express local
folders, Address Book, or your Internet Explorer Favorites:
- Close any open software applications.
- Verify that you can see your H drive (you can do this by opening "My
Computer" or "Windows Explorer").
If your H drive isn't there, restart your PC and long on again. If it's
still not there, contact the Administrative Help Desk at 7-4000
- From the Start menu, choose IUP Applications
- Choose Setup User
- Select only one option - "Apply IE/Express Settings
only - No Accts"
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click Cancel to cancel the wizard.
- Click Yes to confirm.
