If you have problems with your Outlook Express local folders, Address Book, or your Internet Explorer Favorites:

  1. Close any open software applications.
  2. Verify that you can see your H drive (you can do this by opening "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer").

    If your H drive isn't there, restart your PC and long on again.  If it's still not there, contact the Administrative Help Desk at 7-4000
     
  3. From the Start menu, choose IUP Applications
  4. Choose Setup User
  5. Select only one option - "Apply IE/Express Settings only - No Accts"
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Open Outlook Express.
  9. Click Cancel to cancel the wizard.
  10. Click Yes to confirm.
