You Do Not Need An Appointment.  Care at the health center is provided on a walk-in basis:

• Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (Fall and Spring Semesters)

• Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. during summer

Helpful hints:

• Fewer students use the health center in the morning than in the afternoon.  The wait for clinical care will usually be shorter in the morning. 

• The health center has fewer staff members from Noon-1:00 than any other time of the day.  You are welcome to sign-in for care at Noon but your wait may be longer than if you arrive early in the morning.

• We will not compromise the quality of student health care in order to be "fast".  You are welcome to bring a book to read or to pick up one of our magazines during your visit.  We will do our best to see you in a timely fashion.  The majority of students who visit the health center are here for 60 minutes or less. 

• Students who have more serious healthcare needs are seen before students with minor or routine needs. Sometimes we do not see patients in the order of their arrival. 

• Bring your insurance card with you to the health center.

REGISTRATION

• When you arrive at Pechan Health Center please register on the computer to request care. You will complete an on-line registration.

• You must register each time you seek care.

• If you need assistance completing the registration ask the Medical Office Staff.

• Students who seek care at Pechan Health Center may be charged a fee for services or products. Students are required to make timely payment of all bills with Student Accounts Receivable at the Bursar's Office.
