Students who are enrolled in distance education courses are
charged tuition, registration fees, technology fees and off-campus instructional
fees.
Part-time non-resident students who are enrolled in only distance education
courses are charged a unique tuition rate. Please note that they must be
part-time. If they enroll full-time, they are charged the "regular"
non-resident rate.
Tuition and the off-campus instruction fee are charged per credit. The
registration and technology fee are flat fees.

statements as to fees are by way of announcement only for the sessions listed,
and are not to be regarded as offers to contract on the basis of those
statements, inasmuch as the Indiana University of Pennsylvania expressly
reserves the right to change any and all fees and other charges at any time,
