R.
Benjamin Wiley Partnership Program is a multi-year outreach program
that prepares students from urban high schools in Pennsylvania to attend
college. Successful students are invited to matriculate through the
Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education universities, a large number
of whom enroll at IUP.
