 Current Academy SchedulesPart-time police academy information/updates: The following academies are not always available. Once it is determined that there is sufficient interest to consider holding an academy, those people who returned the Request for Information form will be contacted or notified of an orientation meeting at the academy location. Butler XI – tentatively scheduled to meet two weekday evenings, 6pm to l0pm and Saturdays, 8am to 5pm. Return the Request for Information form if interested. New Castle XIII – tentatively scheduled to meet two weekday evenings, 6pm to l0pm and Saturdays, 8am to 5pm. Classes will be located at the Neshannock High School in Neshannock Township, New Castle, PA. Return the Request for Information form if interested. Bradford VI – tentatively scheduled to meet on two weekday evenings, 6pm to l0pm and Saturdays, 8am to 5pm. Classes will be held on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford, Pennsylvania. Return the Request for Information form if interested. Punxsutawney III – tentatively scheduled to meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to l0pm and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Classes will be located at the IUP campus in Punxsutawney, PA. Return the Request for Information form if interested. Full-Time police academy information/updates: The following academies are not always available. Once it is determined that there is sufficient interest to consider holding an academy, those people who returned the Request for Information form will be contacted. If one of these is your first choice but you would like to attend the Indiana academy if it starts first, please send the $30 fee to request the application and indicate 1st and 2nd choice when you return it. Lock Haven - Meets 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday at Lock Haven University, Lock Haven Pennsylvania. Butler - Meets 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday in Butler Pennsylvania.
