Policy for e-mail communications

E-mail is neither secure nor confidential – other people may have access to your e-mail communications, even if you do not intend for them to have access.  We ask that you take this into consideration and use discretion in any e-mail communications.  In addition, although e-mail may be checked on a regular basis, it may not be checked every day, in the evenings, over weekends, or during vacations.  If you are experiencing a crisis, you should contact CCAPS during business hours (M-F, 8 am to 4:30 pm, 724 357 2621), the Open Door’s 24-hour crisis line (724 465 2605), the Indiana Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Services (724 357 7121), or, for issues related to sexual abuse/assault or domestic violence, the Alice Paul House (724 349 4444).
