Mission of the Administration and Finance Division

The Financial Operations Office

The Financial Operations office, which is part of the Finance and Budget Area, provides coordination of the university financial software modules, financial reporting, preparation of financial statements and general accounting functions.

In addition, Financial Operations processes all payment requests, monitors cost center budgets, monitors regulatory and grantor compliance and provides assistance to departments in budget and procedural matters.

Departments within Financial Operations are, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, Payroll and the Travel Office.  Grant & Special Fund Accounting is now within the Finance and Budget Area.
