Targeting Potential Employers

From beginning to end, your job search will involve gathering and analyzing information about employers and the job market.  Early in the process, you will want to know which employers hire new graduates with your skills, abilities, interests and experience so that you can tailor your resume and cover letter to the organizations that match your needs.  As your search progresses, you will need to learn more about specific employers to interview effectively and evaluate job offers.
