Interests

My main area of interest is the physiological ecology of animals. I am currently studying ion and osmo-regulatory activity and metabolism in a variety of marine invertebrates.  I am also beginning a series of studies correlating physiological parameters such as metabolism and/or ion regulation and the level of heterozygozity in various organisms (currently mammals, fish and invertebrates).
