Congratulations on your acceptance! We are glad that you are joining
us.
Current and recently
graduated students tell us that IUP will provide you a college
experience Beyond Expectations! You are choosing an
exciting and enriching new way of life. We know that students who
are most successful are somewhat familiar with the campus before they
arrive, understand the expectations of being a college student, have met
some fellow students and know how to get involved. As well, proper
advising and appropriate course selection are critical to success.
Our Orientation program was established to help get you on
a path to success.
PREPARE TO ATTEND
ORIENTATION BY READING and DOING THE FOLLOWING:
-
The orientation and testing is mandatory.
It is important that you be placed in classes that will both challenge
you and be suitable for your present level of proficiency.
-
Follow this link to enroll for Orientation
-
When we receive your
completed enrollment form, we will mail you a letter with the times of
the program, information about the check-in site and where on our
website to find sample tests and a
campus map.
-
The program
begins at 7:15 am for those needing math placement exams
and 8:00 am for those not requiring placement exams.
-
If you need to be
excused from work to attend this mandatory orientation, we can
give you an excuse on our office stationery. Check the proper box on
the enrollment form.
-
Be sure to submit an
official, final transcript to the Office of Admissions at IUP, if
possible, BEFORE your Orientation date.

If you have a physical, learning, medical,
psychological or other disability, please indicate this on the enrollment form
and also complete and return the

your enrollment form AS WELL.
When contacting us by
phone (724-357-4067), or email,
we will need your ID number in addition to your name. This will enable us
