The goal for our admissions process is to examine each applicant as an individual. That’s why we pay special attention to your writing and your teachers’ recommendations along with "typical" application information such as grades and test scores.
Admission to the Honors College does not follow a Rolling Admissions system. Instead, we look at all applications on an Early or a Regular Decision timeline. The Honors College does not have a waiting list.

How to Apply
1. Get an application: Contact
us
2. Fill out the appropriate information on the Teacher Recommendation forms and the School Report form and ask your teachers and guidance counselor to fill them out. Request that all forms be returned to your guidance counselor. Be sure you allow for ample time for a teacher/guidance counselor to fill these out.
3. Fill out the application and write the essays, making copies of everything. Submit them to your guidance counselor. Request that your guidance counselor collect your entire application and mail it to the Honors College in the provided reply envelope.
4. Mail your "red card" to the Honors College. The red card lets us know that you have fulfilled all of your application responsibilities, and that your guidance counselor should be mailing it soon.
