Marco Polo Institute for Mediterranean Culture and Tourism

Students will learn to prepare, taste, serve, and evaluate traditional, regional dishes of Europe and the Mediterranean. A strong emphasis will be placed on ingredients, flavor profiles, preparations, and techniques representative of the cuisines of Italy and its regions.

Students study at each campus, Parma, Ferrara and Otranto
