At IUP, we look at each applicant as an individual, not just as a collection of test scores and college grades. For more information on specific requirements for each individual graduate program, see the listing for your program under Graduate Programs.
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Your cumulative undergraduate grade point average must be at least 2.6 if your bachelor's degree was earned within the past five years. If your bachelor's degree is older than five years, the minimum cumulative grade point average required is 2.4. If your cumulative undergraduate grade point average does not meet minimum standards, you must submit Miller Analogies Test (MAT) scores.
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores or
Graduate Management Admissions Test
(GMAT) scores must be submitted prior to admission as required by individual departments.
