FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2
8:00 p.m. Citizen/Soldier
Mainstage, Waller Hall
An original and vivid dramatization of the true-life stories of men and women who have served in Iraq as they simultaneously struggle to be good citizens and committed soldiers; contains strong language and situations. Tickets are on sale at the Hadley Union Building beginning October 22.

Join the members of IUP’s chapter of the NAEA (National Art
Education Association) in the Kidz Korner, where children can join in face painting, coloring, and creating a Crimson Hawk mask!

Meet in the Atrium, Hadley Union Building
Many robotic spacecrafts are producing multiple images used to create red-blue anaglyphs, or 3-D images. What can you see that you couldn’t see before? Come to one of our Family Weekend shows and find out. Space is limited; first-come, first serve.

10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Punxsutawney Breakfast
Parents and family members of Punxsutawney campus students are invited to join the Punxsutawney student body, administration and faculty  for a complimentary continental breakfast in the campus dining hall.  RSVP by calling 814-938-6711.  Then move on to the Indiana Campus for the other Family Weekend events.

1:30 p.m. An Inconvenient Truth - The Movie
Pratt Auditorium
An Inconvenient Truth is an Academy Award-winning documentary film about climate change, specifically global warming, presented by former United States Vice President Al Gore and directed by Davis Guggenheim. Steve Hovan, University Professor, will host a post-movie question and answer session.

(Sorry, this event is sold out.) Often confused with a mentalist, Dale K is an award-winning hypnotist. But if your idea of a hypnotist is someone in a tuxedo swinging a pocket watch... Prepare to be shocked. Unlike any hypnotist before him, Dale K is pulling the art of hypnosis into the now. His wacky physical comedy and electrifying personality will convince you that this is not your typical hypnosis show. For an evening of entertainment, OnStage…Arts & Entertainment is presenting Caroline Rhea at the Theatre on 5th. Caroline performed as Aunt Hilda on the sitcom Sabrina, The Teenage Witch, as well as The Biggest Loser. Mature subject matter—discretion advised.
